Induction Hardnened Hard Chrome Plated Bars are designed in such a way that they fulfill all the requirements of a piston rod material in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and some other applications. The surface of the bars are induction hardened under controlled conditions, minimum harness layer is 1.5 mm thick, hard layer is homogenous and hardness 58-62 HRC is acheived. These are customized as per the specifications of our clients.
